Much of today's secular music and it's song lyrics are poisoning the hearts and minds of today's youth with messages that are negatively impacting the spiritual growth of Christian teenagers and even those with no religious beliefs. Sadly, much of today's secular music offers little hope, constructive solutions, encouragement or peace. Music can validate certain negative, harmful, unhealthy behaviors like anger, rebellion against authority, violence, drug and alcohol use, pre-marital sex are okay. Too many Christian teenagers are buying into the deceptive and misleading messages in some secular music and the voices that speak through song lyrics.
