Audience Did Not Leave Their Feet as Legendary Rock Band Journey Lead Singer Arnel Pineda Performed to a Packed House in Salt Lake Utah

Canadian rock band Loverboy kicked things off the night opening up for Pat Benatar and Journey. Lead singer Reno is no virgin to tours, he has been touring for decades. Loverboy played hits such as "Turn Me Loose," "Hot Girls in Love" and "The Kid Is Hot Tonite" had an appreciative audience on its feet, singing along and showed that Reno can still hit the high notes.

Pat Benatar, and long-time guitar player Neil Giraldo performed a nine song set including an ovation, that included hits such as "Hit Me With Your Best Shot," "Invincible" and "You Better Run." "We Belong," began as a ballad with Giraldo on piano, was one of the high point of the night. Pat Benatar?s final song, a combination of "Heartbreaker" and Johnny Cash?s "Ring of Fire," though sung at a much higher octave, ended the set on a high point that the crowd appreciated.

Arnel Pineda, Journey?s front man, gave tribute to Salt Lake last night by playing the song ?City of Hope?. The song was backed by a light show and mural of photos from Arnel?s home town Manila, Philippines, where it was written by the band. Lead guitarist Neil Schon?s added to the momentous night by playing a solo of the "Star Spangled Banner," on guitar. The band played a line-up of both new and old hits with a spectacular version of "Wheel in the Sky" and "Any Way You Want It". From the beginning to the end of the Salt Lake City performance, Arnel sold the Utah crowd with voice, new captivating lyrics and high energy. The audience also enjoyed familiar songs as well as the new ones from the Revelations and Eclipse albums.

Lead singer Arnel Pineda has proved that he has become one of the best performers in the music world. Arnel Pineda has also recently announced that he will be producing a Mega Talent competition back in his continent of Asia called Asian Camp in partnership with Sanre Entertainment which will be broadcast to hundreds of millions in over 14 countries.

During the playing of "Lights," fans turned on their cellphones to create a wave effect under a full moon. The crowd never left their feet as the band continued on with "Don?t Stop Believing" and "Separate Ways". Journey are to play in Nampa ,Idaho then the will play before an expected massive crowd in Sturgis, South Dakota to perform during bike week. Over 800,000 people are expected to attend the events in Sturgis over the next week.
