Global Maximus Records announced today that Canadian Rockers 'Surface Rising' will release their long awaited CD 'Intersections' on July 2, 2012 to iTunes, Amazon Music and the GMRMusicStore.com

The twelve songs provided on the CD are described as a masterful mix of rock sounds that surround the intense and emotionally delivered lyrics provided by lead singer Jesse LeBerge, a native of Thunder Bay, Canada.

The 'Surface Rising' drummer Gabe Frankel and bassist 'Fatty' Frankel masterfully provide the listener a thunderous beat that reminds the listener of rock and roll at its peak. The rock show is complimented by the sinister sounds of Randal Vaughn on vocals and Claude Keel on the lead guitar and vocals.

The five member band will start touring this summer in the U.S. with plans for a European leg of the tour later this summer. These performance dates will lead up to their American showcase as part of the line-up on the Rock2Live Music Festival to support a national anti-text and driving campaign with 'BadHorse', Kelly Rowland, Flo Rida and Jessica Dawn.
